Week 17

17 Weeks: 4/25/2012

(Maybe not quite the size of a softball, but daddy made this one and a softball is better than an onion.  Either way, baby is around 5 inches and weighs 5 ounces!)


How far along? 17 weeks
Maternity clothes?  Just pants.  I only have 1 pair though so I basically wear them Monday through Friday
Sleep: Good
Best moment this week: Ultrasound, of course!  Both of my parents and Andy were there!
Miss anything?  I was missing Jimmy John's this week.  (Slim 4!  mmmm!)
Movement:  I think I MAY have felt a few flutters while I was getting a massage.
Food cravings: Not really.
Anything making you queasy or sick:  Just the extreme smells.
Gender: Still a boy!  Saw his boy parts on ultrasound!
Labor Signs: No, thank goodness!
Symptoms:  Not many.
Happy or moody most of the time: Happy!
Looking forward to:  Getting more of a bump so I don't just look like I'm getting some extra chub now that I'm married. :)

Week 16

16 Weeks: 4/8/2012

How far along? 16 weeks
Maternity clothes? Just started wearing maternity pants....AMAZING!
Sleep: No issues there except for the frequent potty breaks
Best moment this week:  I went to Sundara Spa with my Auntie Gail, mom, Anna, Joe, and Andy.  The weather was BEAUTIFUL!  Andy even got a sunburn!  We stayed in an awesome villa and Auntie Gail made sure we had all our favorite foods.  We all were pampered and left feeling MUCH more relaxed!  Of course that weekend also included outlet mall shopping and a trip to the Shoe Box.  Little Boy got his first pair of kicks!  SO cute.
Miss anything? No.
Movement:  Not yet...just hoping!
Food cravings:  Loving sweets!  And fruit.
Anything making you queasy or sick: Still just most scents, though that is definitely improving.
Gender:  Still a boy!
Labor Signs:  No way!
Symptoms:  Not really.
Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy!
Looking forward to:  Ultrasound next week!

Week 14

14 Weeks: 4/4/2012

How far along? 14 weeks
Sleep: Good
Best moment this week: Easter!  Little boy is already so loved!  The Easter bunny brought him all kinds of cuteness.  I can't wait until he can celebrate the holidays outside of the womb! :)
Miss anything?  Not really
Movement: Not yet
Food cravings: Not really
Anything making you queasy or sick:  Just most odors
Gender: Little man!
Labor Signs: No, thank goodness!
Symptoms:  Not really
Happy or moody most of the time: Happy camper
Looking forward to: A weekend of R&R with the fam!
